Root Root for Fierce 2?

I tried it out and it does happen to look legit but is this like a test because my phone wasn't rooted as i ran the tool.
 
It now says "daemon started successfully" but it is still stuck on the phase. Maybe it has to wait a while but big up to Dc2500 for this tool.
 
the adb used in the script is outdated . there is no exploitServiceApp.apk in the zip which the exploit requires. i updated the adb and added the exploitServiceApp and run manually but still no root... -> i have been looking for the boot.img but still haven't found it once we have that we will have root.

Sounds cool. Hope you find it soon. I will love this phone a lot more once we get it rooted. Any idea on how long it can take?

Thanks for this, judging by the others' responses, I don't think it works yet. However, progress is being made thanks to you and others :D

But wait, where are the drivers for this phone?! I can't find them anywhere.

nice man, i get the error too, though, i tried it manually also by looking at your bat file but it didn't work. Nice try though! I tried it on my other phone and it worked :) the only thing we can possibly rely on now is zxz0O0, still waiting for a second reply on improvment or something.
 
alcatel may not b able legally to give us any codes . but we might b able to get the stock rom. i already downloaded the update zip from t mobile servers but still not good enough.
 
I will pay the man who gets me a legit one click root I will pay them 50 usd bitcoin or paypal or google wallet or gift card just get me a root.
