Root Root for Fierce 2?

the original giefroot is for xperia when i did the test i modified some of the files and made it run correctly but it will not finish second stage because our phone has a different memory layout and this root has those memory location hardcoded. i tested manually if this phone was vulnerable to those 2 exploits and indeed it we neeed to talk to zxz0o0 to see if he will help.
 
I really hope someone can figure out a root for this phone..curious if we do get it rooted then do we have to also wait for a custom back up to be created so we can nand backup or can we use other peoples custom backups from different phones?

As long as there is no custom backup for the Sharp Aquos Crystal, or any phone that is very similar to ours, we will have to wait for a custom backup, unfortunately, this phone dosen't get much love from developers :(

Sorry i didn't respond to your post earlier, i didn't see it, my bad.Some things I'm going to try is root, whatever root program or exploit out there, obviously im going to try with a phone model similar to ours.
 
Does anyone know if network unlocked can the 7040n be moved to boost mobile?

If it can then how???????

Guys,i just called Alcatel, i asked them if i can get the unlock code for my bootloader, and they said the only legal way to get an unlock code is to call my carrier, so im gonna call metro tomorrow.
