Root Rooted.. Now what??

After a little while I finally got my Prev rooted and super user installed. Installed an app called Open Garden for the tethering.. it's pretty good but the 3G on this phone is just god awful.. I want to know how to increase the speed of my internet.. Nothing too complex.. If someone could send me a link that describes in JOCK what to do I would be grateful. :D

I Kouma Kernal baseline mod then a CTmod.. I tried to install the latest wifi tether and now everything wont work. It no longer allows me root access.. How do I fix this?:confused:
 
I dont know how you have kouma's kernal and CTmod but it says you dont have root access? You have to have root to do that to begin with.

click "settings", scroll down and click "about phone" Tell us what it says on your

android version?
baseband version?
build number?

Weird?? you only have problems with root access with that particular app? Maybe you can try deleting it and reinstalling it, or try a differant tether app and see what happens.
 
No it was all root apps. I restored to factory with odin and uploaded everything back up the way I had it. Works good now.

i had a similar problem last night that kouma helped me with..had to do a fac reset/wipe with cmw..reinstalled ctmod ..synced up with google..and updated superuser binary..once i did all that root apps worked fine..before that rooted apps kept saying that i was not rooted..kind of a pain..but anyway thats what helped me
