Samsung Fascinate Lounge

Im a little lifted.that from is the only imax movie until.february though....we usually go to atlantic city for dinner and the imax for my birthday but im not totAlly excited for that as much as in the past....oh well ill survive :o
 
So nitsuj17's Jets vs Larroy0071's Steelers today, interesting indeed. Better not drop a 3rd straight
 
As a Browns fan, I say BOOO STEELERS! I also say that this chinese food is wonderful, and google needs to stop torturing me and send me a CR-48 >.>.

from scouring forums/facebook/etc i really wish google had put a comptency test on the cr-48 request page....some people who got them (im not saying any of our fascinate friends, just in general) arent what id call "tech savvy"

LOL might make that Christmas into New Years. Going to Chicago next week wont be a cake walk either;)

Yeah well we know Kaessa and The_shake_down got CR-48's so they pass the test but yes it seems some pretty not tech savvy peeps are getting these. I mean with 60K to distibute I get not everyone will be but come on. I just want mine :(:mad::(

Yeah,...at least im not a giants fan right now. :eek: that has to be one of the most epic collapses (or comebacks) of all time...,i still can't believe it

Yeah im just kinda jealous and want a cr48.....but some of the resets and posts i've seen from some of the lucky few makes me think google just randomly picked people and ignored the sms sized blurb we wrote

Yeah holy smokes how did they blow that lead in 7-8 minutes and who the H kicks to D-Jack :confused::eek:.

I thought my skins were foolish to bench McNabb for Rex but the ole boy had a decent game especially in the 2nd half

I think the idea may have been to let a wide variety of skill levels to use them. I'm not sure.

I'm really liking mine, it's great for surfing at night, and as a supplemental surfing tool when I'm working on my main computer. Unfortunately, I can't use Photoshop on it. ;)

Yeah different skill levels make sense...still it digs at ya a little bit to read facebook and twitter posts like. "I got.that google laptop my friends told me to apply for! Help me set it up!" (From iphone users)

I have no idea why you would need help setting it up, unless you have no idea how to operate a web browser.

Total lunar eclipse tonight!

I really had wanted to stay up for this one, but looking outside it seems to be completely overcast *sigh* And I was willing to chug caffeine to get through work tomorrow, too. For anyone lucky enough to have clear skies, the info:

1:33am EST It begins
2:41 - 3:53 Full lunar eclipse in effect
5:00 - Ends

The last time one happened on the winter solstice was in 1638!
 
It was clear skies here last night and I totally had my alarm set, but sometime during the night I developed a cold from spending the day at my sister in laws house with her sick kids and nothing was getting me out of bed!

I never get colds :(

the 2,2 ota could theoretically start very soon.....or who knows...its really a guessing game and you wont get a straight answer from samsung or verizon on it.

there is still *supposed* to be another 2.1 ota for DL09 (updated dj05) that fixes gps and other various issues...but ill believe it when i see it.

for the most part though...im perfectly happy with a touchwiz 2.1 fascinate...even having coming from a 2,2 droid x, and a 2,2 aosp-ed incredible

i knew what i was getting into when i got a samsung phone...their reputation for terribly slow updates and bad support preceded them...and throw in verizon and it was a bad equation.

but i bought the phone in spite of that

Almost the exact same situation here. I knew what I was getting into, but at this point, with other countries and NOW word that the Epic is getting it rolled out this week, I'm starting to get frustrated.
