Accessories Seidio redesigned the Active Limited Case

is the limited edition only available on amazon? when will you have it for sale on the official seidio site? if you are?

Same here, but I think mine is worse than yours where the skeleton case can come loose opposite side of the volume rocker. I filled out the form for a refund. It's a bad design flaw if they can't cut the line of the silicone layer straight (where the skeleton case rests on the ends). It sucks cause this is a $30 case here. Also, I'm gonna have to pay for return shipping on a defect :(.
 
Can anyone tell me if the design of the Active has been changed since the last posts? Just wondering if the corner fit and the peeling issues have been fixed.

If not, has anyone had any issues with the Limited Edition version?
 
well my original case shell broke after 1 3' drop, sent it to Seidio, curious if they will give me another old model or the new one.....

Give you? I assume they are charging you for a whole new unit...they wouldnt cover me for the same issue back in september...

I wound up with one with corner peeling issues...fit is not as good as my first one, but acceptable...

not too pleased, didnt want the hassle of sending then now defective one back (this issue is covered they say) and dealing with a naked phone (considering i dropped it once already...)

I am thinking of another brand, wheni get tiredof looking at the peeling corners
 
No i paid $3 shipping, sent my hard shell in, kept the soft, and they sent me a new 2 piece case, old model still but @ least it's fixed, my corner was broken off.

unbelievable, i even asked the seidio rep that lurks around here, and he couldnt/wouldnt honor a warrantee replacement...my corner cracked too...

well glad you got yours replaced, i am out another $30 or so ...

Just start a case on their website support, I just emailed them, and showed them a copy of my receipt.
