I think he's aloud to be dramatic given the fact that Google hasn't give ANY notification or communication as to when most will receive their tablets. Not to mention the fact that Many pre-ordered on the notion that they'd probably get them relatively fast and before it was available in retail. Google owes many an explanation and some sort of credit for their sloppy handling of the situation.
I don't think Google owes them anything. Mine is scheduled for delivery tomorrow 7-17, within the 2-3 week timeline that was stated when I ordered (on 6-27).
I do have issue though because those that ordered a device and OEM case seem to be getting delayed because the case is unavailable or not ready and they are waiting for the case to complete the order. That stinks.
Google should send email for people to pick whether to wait, cancel the case or send the case later with additional shipping charges.
If you ordered 1st wave and still do not have shipping confirmation from Google or UPS, did you order the case (or maybe some other accessory) with it?
