Thanks for the info - i don't think i plan to root (not that tech savvy). I've recently gone for launcher pro and beautiful widgets - which has provided me with hours of playtime, despite seeming to have slowed my phone down somewhat (think this may have something to do with the Beautiful widgets weather animation though).

What you can do is rename the file to a .zip file and extract the icons, then you can use them with Desktop Visualizer/Folder Organizer

Uninstall juice defender? Has it actually saved you any battery? All it does is stop things connecting to the internet. Changing their update frequency manually does that too.

Never seen such a pointless app haha.

I get about 20 hours with JUICE DEFENDER and maybe 12 without.

Fantastic - i've changed the file to zip, and was immediately able to explore the icons and copy them to my phone in usb disk mode and use them! Thanks for the tip!

Screen 3: Widgets in top half is by Apps Organizer. Extender Controls in bottom again.
Screen 4: Top left is Jorte . Middle widget is Jorte again. Handcent SMS . And bottom widget is Extended Controls.

All apps mentioned above are free.

Ended up flashing Oxygen 2.0 last night and downloaded a bunch of Gingerbread icons for my dock, seeing as I'm still using LauncherPro.

the plus version does have a bookmark widget....but it doesnt have a mail widget like HTC's Sense or a photoframe/gallery unfortunately.

Shame, because i do use those widgets - so i'm stuck a little now between personalisation and things i use...
The photo frame available in LP isn't great - can't find much on the market either.

Turtle Photo Frame is a good free photoframe widget.

9 Homescreens, but not many widgets just the apps. Not got round to putting them into folders yet as got over 100 so not had the time. Why?

Theme is AOSP Elements by Sampson... everything is themed to your ARC theme except the icons which I just had to keep.

well I have certainly been busy again....REALLY gone all out this time...was inspired by Classical Gas's blog and how he does the menu/screen advancements etc....just beautiful...

spent hours slowly chopping text in and cutting in edges as I didnt have the original templates to work from just bits an pieces on the drop box there...so its not AS good as his ones but damn its my best so far...

I did all the colour fading and shadow drops...as well as lining a new item 'social' over 'media' in both side bar and dock bar....as all the wallpapers that were created either went media, social...or media, apps.....no apps and social....THATS why I spent so long on it...

oh and the white icons are linked of classics blog too...just some reflected white icons that I think are nice...I've gone for a very minimal approach in change to my last themes....the corner text box is also a drop down menu with simi folder with...well whats in the name

oh and if anyone notices...yes I defected to Fancy Widgets for my weather...the new 'update' of beautiful force closes on me every damn time I wanna download a new skin....AND they refuse to give me a refund or fix it so went with fancy which I must say works actually a lil bit better....not so much choice unfortunately...but I'd say very good...

After some play with Widget Locker I've returned to the default

MIUI view with custom wallpaper. Widget Locker kind of screws up JuiceDefender as it considers the screen 'unlocked'. Anyone know a work around for that?

right well I havent done the icons for buttons yet....not sure I will to be fair, I mean most of them will be ok, but trying to line up some that are *IN* the LCARS border *HIDDEN* as part of it like normal LCARS controls is quite difficult...

so anyways...heres just the new colour change to be MORE like the genuine LCARS interface rather than the simple one colour that was on it previously...oh and I added a proper banner at the top now which again looks more LCARS like now.

well again I been busy..this time playing with transparencies to achieve a seperate cleaner 'boxed' off area for the side bar and dock...

its still the same grey android wallpaper which I like...and god I went through a load in the last 6 hours to make a new set but came back to the old bot as hes much better...

the icons in the top left corner are STILL the metro7 windows phone7 icons...but the ones where there are multiple in one icon were edited by me to obviously change it a lil to emphasise more whats on that screen like the tools/info icon reflecting the info widgets and tools etc...yea you all get the idea

I do happen to like my lockscreen quite a bit especially with the "System Locked!" I put in...just a lil bit of fun

How did you get the side bar to stay where it is? Ive been playing around with putting bars on the wallpaper with PS, but I can't get them to stay in one place, or lined up rifght. Even when I disable screen scrolling in LP.
