The widgets that u have for wifi silent gps....
are they weather and widget toggle skin if yes can u share ur skin , thanks :)

Yeah, I saw that earlier.

Seems cool, but I think I'll just stick with my current setup. Before I switched to Launcher Pro, I'd already stopped using the Sense widgets.

There are alternatives to them in the market at the minute.

Oooh, tried the free LP and got rid because I wanted the people widget but will probably get this when back home tonight :rolleyes:

Can I also ask.... every icon pack I see says it needs Open Home to use them. Is this correct?

Extended controls, there are quite a few different power control widgets though.
The thing underneath is the Twicca widget. Its a twitter client.
 
Wow this thread has created a monster in me. I've only had my Desire since Sunday and didn't know it could do half the stuff it is (I only got it because I was getting a phone included on a plan and they didn't have iPhones - thank god now). I've been furiously downloading all these widgets and programs and apps and am having a bit of a play now. When I learn how to root my phone and get LauncherPro working I will out up some pics of my screens. If I can settle on a continuous theme though...... Oh god the choices!!!
 
Quick question for everyone out there. I have managed to change my icons over using Bettercut (FileOrganiser didn't give me an option to change the icon....) but I'm just wondering, if I want to change back to the default icons how do I do this? I can't find an icon pack for these defaults and there are some of them I actually don't mind.
 
Well I've just downloaded WidgetLocker from the Market, and taken a leaf out of Lekky's book

Ive gone all minimalistic on my lock screen :D

I swear this thread is responsible for about 90% of my purchases from the market..... Just to make the phone look pretty! Madness I tell thee!

Where did you find the battery remaining text widget? Link would be appreciated thanks!
 
been browsing these forums and this topic in particular for the last 2 weeks since i got my desire, my home screens have grown slightly with help from this topic! still only using 5 out of the 7 screens tho, tried launcher pro briefly.. looks nice but currently sticking with the sense ui.

any ideas what i can do to spice things up in the other 2 frames and the space on the last frame? only looking for free apps / widgets for the moment and i'm not rooted.
