Show us your Desire Homescreens...

Also, Leaky and lekki???? I'll assume they are endearing nicknames :p

Count yourself lucky - Only about 1 in 10 people even TRY to type my name out! :p

While you're here, I don't suppose you have a link to the textual icon pack you had on your layout on the previous page? The ones with the large white text and smaller orange subtext?

Edit: Nevermind, opened up Photoshop and made my own. :)

Long press home screen, select widget / FolderOrganizer label, untick box which says "show text under icon", choose the label you want.

The process to add a link to an app is similar except you choose Widget / FolderOrganizer item / Apps.

I have text on my widgets, and want to get rid of them text.
i tried following your instructions but i cannot see the FolderOrganizer thing you're talking about.
as far as i'm aware i have the latest software

Firstly...you have downloaded folderorganizer, yes? If not, there's your problem. If you have, then his instructions should work. The option to disable the text is a checkbox at the very top of the list.

Oh, and ianramsden87 - My screen is only 1280 pixels wide. Not all size by side, please! It stretches the thread horribly.

It was a new feature introduced about 5 updates ago so you should have it. Are you definitely selecting widgets rather than shortcuts and have you tried rebooting your phone to see if that updates the widgets list at all?

The option and tick box should appear at the top of the list once you have chosen which FolderOrganizer widget you want.

when placing custom icons in your sd card, do you place them in a particular directory or just anywhere?
It doesn't really matter as long as you know where to find them. Obviously it helps to keep things organised if you put them in a folder called Icons ;)

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to remove the txt under the icons. thanks in advance

Literally on a page before or so are people talking about and explaining the process. Not only this, but if you search the thread you'd find out it's been explained about a million times (no exaggeration :p). I know it's a big thread, but please try and find the info before asking.;)

1 method would be to use Use launcherPro (click 'hide icon labels') in it.
