mattjuk - Are those folders that are are up on your screens eg. the P.O.I, multimedia, music ones? If so how do you get them smaller so that the folder box doesnt take up the whole screen and only covers what it needs to (the apps inside it and not loads of blank space). Also how do you get an alternative image not just the boring folder one?

get the app folderorganizer from the market u can do a lot of customizing with this app

If you are using an icon pack from the market select icon packs.
If you are using an image from your sdcard pick andexplorer


Now on your desktop:

long press >
select shortcut >
folderorganizer item >
shortcuts>
select the shortcut you created.

This works perfectly for changing my icons, except it wont't work for my 'messages' icon'. It shows as the icon I've changed it to for 2 seconds, them reverts to the standard. Is there something different about the message icon?

I don't see the problem you are having myself, perhaps try another version of FolderOrganizer, I had a problem with it first of all where it didn't work very well.

thanks, I was using lite version of the folderOrganizer.
Full version displays it correctly. :)

Once I take the screenshots I upload them to Photobucket them use tug img tag in the reply box

What are you using for BCC Sport widget, Weather widget and the Sky News widget ?
i can't seem to find them on the the market

to take them you either need a rooted phone or to have the developer kits installed.

This is very simple takes like 5minutes and once its done its like 2seconds and you have your screen shots

Follow this link that is what i used to get it up and running :) hope that helps
 
What dimensions are the images for a wallpaper; or is there a website that can convert an Image to fit the background perfectly?

I think it's 960x800

But it doesn't really matter what size picture you use as the wallpaper editor on the phone will make it fit, just make sure the picture is of high quality (resolution) and extend the green box that appears to it's full size, put what you want on the home (middle) screen in the middle of the box and it will do the rest.
