Based on Phandroid's review, looks like Sprint didn't embed the sim card slot. Now if for someone to travel overseas to test on a prepaid sim outside the US.

Also, looks like the pins are exposed for wireless charging as well. Different location than where they were on the Note 2, but good news that they aren't covered by plastic.

Finally got my phone and Best Buy price matched the Radio Shack 299 deal.
But, wanted to see if everyone had heard they are forcing people to change plans after the 11th? Anybody know the details of how that works?

Haven't heard anything, but changed my plan anyhow (and probably still would have if I had waited) so I could get the Note 3 yesterday. So far, loving every minute of it.

No sprint is not forcing anyone to change plans they are just no longer offering the everything data and some others to new customers. If you were to change your plan you would not be able to go back to it.

Well, I was able to get into download mode like they show in the rooting video, but not sure if that means anything.
There is root I believe for the Sprint version, but I have not had the chance to read it thru thoroughly.
