Root Step by step Root walkthrough for Huawei Fusion 2

lol i quit..

Don't give up.

Maybe someone who knows a solution will be on tomorrow.

I used Windows 7,so I don't know what could be wrong.

I do hope you can get root soon. It makes this phone much better.

As a last resort, you could try a friend or family members PC, that uses Win 7,and achieve Root that way.

Good luck!

If you really wanna root I recommend going to Linux for a little while

Or this.

Ubuntu offers WUBI, and Linux Mint offers Mint4Win if you don't wan to mess around with a full install of Linux.

It installs just as easily as a regular program, and can be uninstalled via add/remove programs.

Radiance has a whole guide on doing it actually lol she is awesome lol same with zerosedev (i have noticed we all have taken what we are good at shagerty the root me cm zerosedev everywhere just about and radiance linux and os x)

You installed Ubuntu Linux via WUBI?

If so, when you reboot, you should see a Operating system selection screen. Choose Ubuntu, then follow the guide by Radiance.

If you're not really sure what WUBI is or how to get it set up, I made this a year or so ago.

I've never used Windows 8. After a quick look around, seems Wubi does not work with computers that run Windows 8. Something about the UEFI boot.

The only suggestion I've got left is to use a computer with Windows 7 on it.

Maybe someone who has Windows 8, and has successfully Rooted, can give a better solution.

Sorry I'm not able to help you.:(

lol i know i hate all those at&t apps lol how is it living in Florida?

It's alright, hot most of the time, or raining lol.(Oh, and too many F$#*in ants. Fire ants, Ghost ants, Giant monster ants, ants everywhere lol)

I miss California, and Virginia. My two favorite states to live in.

How is West Virginia?

The system runs way smoother without the AT&T crap on there. You're going to love it either way, Stock and Rooted, or Rooted and Cm7.2.

If you are stuck on step 11 try another usb cable! Reinstall drivers! Try another usb port! If all else fails restart your computer and try the previous steps until working!

Just got a new fusion it hung up on step 11 the key for me was to change the usb cable then it worked perfectly!
