So I put Velocity .2 on my girlfriends Ally, and relayed the horrifically lame process here. And yesterday after I got home from work the strangest thing I have ever seen happened.

Her phone was back to Velocity .1 as it was before I re flashed! She said she didn't do anything, didn't touch recovery or ROM manager. She said the battery had died so she connected it to the charger, and when she plugged it in it came up with the Yellow ! with the android (as if it was doing a factory reset) but only for a second, then booted her OLD ROM. She didn't hold down any keys or anything and I cannot imagine how this happened.

I'm not going to touch it for a while... I think it might be haunted/cursed
 
Funny, I had a nandroid backup of a velocity 0.1.1 Rom that I tried to restore from Velocity 0.1.2. Did not restore Velocity0.1.1 simply kept .2. Kinda odd.
 
Kind of reminds me of text messages i would get that were from like 6200 and would say Brew:// and give a bunch of code. i haven't had one since i flashed velocity. but in the stock rom id get that like every 2 weeks or so.
 
I got a couple of the those 6200 messages too. Never in stock ROM (that I recall), but first one was soon after I flashed velocity for the first time.
