Root synergy

I'll wipe and reflashed then & I will recheck the md5 as well....my weather widget is also not updating my current location
 
I need some help with this step:


5. Once this is done, go back to the main menu and click wipe data/format. Let that run through.

First I do not see "wipe data/format"

Mine shows "wipe data/factory reset"

I select that and I see a screen that asks to wipe user data followed by a series of No's then Yes - delete all user data.

Is that the same thing as "wipe data/format"??? TIA..

Yes it's the same.
 
I just flashed a rom last night so I remembered what it was! Otherwise I probably would've asked the same thing! Currently downloading syngery (taking FOREVER) to my phone so i will be flashing again later!
 
Has anyone else had issues downloading this directly to their phone? I just tried 3 times over the last 5 hours. The last time I was at 90something %.

I'm going to download to computer when I get home so it's not a complete tragedy..... Yet... Just frustrating

Some people have issues with it and others dont. What browser are you using?

Lol. dunno whats up with the downloads. They just seem to go slower via mobile. Its probably the server. Told you that youd like it:-P If you have any questions or issues, hit me up and Ill do my best to get it handled. :)
 
Loving this ROM however I have 2 small issues. First in exchange email, there are no next and previous buttons. I have to hit the menu button then hit next or previous. When I was running stock 2.2.1 these buttons were great for quickly scanning through work email. Now I have to hit menu then next or previous.

Alos, the My Verizon app(so I can see data usage) does not appear in my app drawer or in my apps list and it doesn not give me the option to download in the market.

If anyone has any ideas, tia..
 
Hate to be a noob, but what exactly is the other file used for. The one under the synergy zip file. Am I just supposed to download it and verify it?

I also have this issue. I was browsing the xda forum and read that the app isn't compatible with GB. (on the app, so can't post link) so im guessing once GB is officially released, there might be a fix, til then we are SOL.
