Not in the Philippines I would also have taken pics of the sidewalk vendors hawking traditional Christmas lights but we didn't get to a stop light

In the Philippines, you start hearing Christmas songs in the radio , and a few Christmas related promotions as early as mid October.

Functional surgery is another thing though...

Why can't people settle on one avatar and stick with it? When I'm scanning through forums it's often the avatars I recognise, rather than reading usernames. I tend to think your avatar is your trademark, it's what people might recognise.

Also what's with this abbreviating avatar to "avi" about? I think avatar is a great word, especially when I look out of the bedroom window and see "INTERNET AVATAR CLUB" flashing in bright red LED letters across the street.

well, i'm near sighted but it's not really a problem. i just think i might look nicer with bigger eyes. lots of girls in korea are getting theirs done. actually, korean girls are pretty heavy with the cosmetic surgery.
