LOL, We stole all the warmth..
 
In February of 2010 the Northeast was socked with three consecutive blizzards. The only state not to see any snow was Hawaii.

The wife and I were in Hawaii at the time. ;) :D
 
And now it is all rainy for me. So much for using my burn can for the dead branches piled up in the yard, they are all wet now. On another note, I just saw a fire rescue truck, A sheriff dept SUV, an ambulance, and a FHP car on the street I live on. I talked to the guy that works at Roger's Farm (he drove up following the vehicles to see what's happening). He asked the FHP officer, and they said is was a motorcycle accident. I presume dirt bike as I live on a street that ends. I also think it may have been two different calls as the ambulance went to a neighbors house, and I seriously doubt the lady there would ride one of those. I hope no one is hurt bad.
 
Hubby Dear is working late. The cats don't understand that, obviously. They are screaming, crying around the house, searching for him. Fresh food would not silence them. Had Hubby Dear on the phone, on the loudspeaker. Coo coo cat started purring right away :-)
 
Snow was more than pathetic in DC today. Snowed for a bit this morning, looked pretty, nothing stuck and then the sun came out. Bummer; I was looking for another snowmageddon. :(
 
*whew* After my first day at the warehouse job, I'm sore as hell. Unloading trucks is no joke. Well for the moment, it's paying the bills until I start my next job early next month.

Does anyone here know how to make google play books app display in english? It automatically displays in my native language but I want English.
 
I would assume it's tied to the default language of your phone. Try changing menu>settings>Language & Input>Language to English.

I never use the app, but is your device set to work in English?

Then it must be a location thing. It is possible to turn location services off, but I don't know if that will change the language.
