Yeah, all that perfect weather must get really boring.

I have two brothers. One lives in La Jolla, with his wife and 2 kids but they love the cold weather. They go to NY in the winter. My other brother lived in St. Thomas V.I. for many years before moving back to PA for no good reason.

I get to go buy a new battery pack for my APC 1500XS UPS today. I really cant complain. The battery pack did last through over 5 years, several power outages, and the UPS only just now had the replace battery light come on.

A lot of times it's almost as much to replace the battery as it is to buy a whole new unit.

Fortunately not this time. The battery pack is comprised of two 12 volt 7Amp/hr batteries with a reusable wire harness. brand new at less than 60 for the 9amp/hr replacements. The UPS cost me 160.00 on sale.
