(Stonewall) Jackson and Franklin (Moss). We went with two of the founding fathers ... I guess that's the Philadelphian in me ... and Stonewall because he climbed a stone wall we have in our back yard as soon as he arrived and Moss, because for some reason he love to pull the moss off the rocks and chew it up.

Hey guys would anyone else who is a dev please help me ouy as i just reieved a developer violation from google but have no idea what ive done wrong.
Here is what they said:This is a notification that your application, Google Now Card UI UCCW Skin, with package ID com.shamrockstudios.googlenowcardsuiuccwskin, is currently in violation of our developer terms.
REASON FOR WARNING: Violation of the spam provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the spam policy help article for more information.
Do not post repetitive content.
Product descriptions should not be misleading or loaded with keywords in an attempt to manipulate ranking or relevancy in the store’s search results.

The only thing that I can think of (I don't agree with it) is maybe they didn't like the name you chose.
Maybe they think you are using "Google Now" as an attempt to get your theme seen more while people are searching Google Now or other related Google products?
I could be completely wrong but that's all I got

Ah, didn't catch that Google Now was part of the app name...was focusing on the text in the description, etc.
Perhaps the other folks that have names including Google Now have also received notices?

Right thanks everyone. I've just changed the app name all I can do now is wait. Hope my developer account isn't suspended. Anything else I should do such as contact Google or should I just wait and hope they forget. This has recall got me down don't think I can wait 7 days to find out. 
Time to leave the hot and humid HK and Shenzhen. Today I'm taking the bullet train to Guangzhou, then the overnight sleeper train to Beijing, and tomorrow fly back home to Xilinhot from Beijing.

Thanks, I did travel safe and sound. Holiday was great, was interesting to see the UK again and how much things can cost there now. Had two weeks great weather, although it did turn crap again a few days before I departed. Seen my father and sister, all my friends, drank plenty of real ale. Back at work tomorrow, although it's only two more weeks before summer holidays here, and they're all doing exams, so won't be much for me to do anyway, apart from my own private students, and then an English summer camp in July which is a doddle.
