Haha of coarse. All I have is wifi I'm not using metro.. just got this phone for cheap and I'm upgrading from a g1 lol will probly activate this once zvc has confirmed root

Yeah that's the next fix. Wanted to edit font color but I'm gonna need help with that.. probly jest change the backgroung grey for now..
 
this rom looks great but i wanna know is it fully usable at the moment or are there things that need to get worked on?
 
as soon as i go into my gallery and select a pic it goes into automatic Crop mode ???... when you hit the menu button then click on gallery, it'll take you into another gallery selection. then it happens

Are you sure you had a good download? Check the file size. I don't have that issue at all.

Yep. it don't do it when i go to the app drawer applications. only when i hit the menu button from the phone first gallery pop up then it gives you another choice, then second gallery it does it. not a big deal to me just thought i'd report it.

try pulling the app from your device "adb pull data/app/*******.apk"

then push it to the rom zip file, and remove the LG Home.apk

then reflash your new rom :D

maybe thats why the phone comes stock with flash player? ill put it back in and see with next test... what type of video are you trying to play? because i know camera recordings from device play fine in gallery and video player app
 
made a few minor updates... nothing special tho, i looked into the bluetooth thing and ill fix it but i need a confirmed working copy of settings apk, not sure which rom has it...

as for battery life... im not sure lol the tweaks are already in build.prop, only other thing would be the kernel.. because LD-LG has great battery life so for now just do normal adjustments (brightness, sync, data etc...)

hoping i fixed menu background but it is giving me some serious issues... and i still cant seem to locate a decent boot sound...

So pull it and then , open the zip and put it in there and then delete lg home apk or push it through adb
 
i have been using it for 2 day now and havent had any problem with it .the first i loaded it it worked great .matter fact i was a little suprised but happy when i selected wipe before i installed the rom it kept my info any way and installed which made me very happy because i have alot of stuff on my phone that would have taken awhile to get back.just wanted to say thanks and keep up the great work .

1. What's the boot sound of the nexus? If it's something generic (as in, doesn't say the carrier name, Verizon?) you could try that.

2. Are these updates uploaded?

3. Could you change the topic title to reflect the current version, so it's easier to tell if you have a current version?

the updates i did are not on 1.1, i will upload tonite after a few more tweaks.. it gets better each time


ps i cant seem to get my hands on a galaxy nexus boot sound, i tried gettin a rom to pull the file but couldnt find it lol
