Root [THEME] Simple Blue 4.2, Simple Green 4.2 (10/26/11)

Any idea why when I try to run theme flasher I get device not found?
I'm suspecting it's a windows 7 Samsung drivers thing, it just doesn't seem to act right. Had the same problem when I ran the one-click root/Shabbymod. Finally got lucky or had my mouth held just right and it finally worked but not getting so lucky with the theme flasher.

What drivers did you use? I'm on windows 7 x64 and These work for me
Do you have USB debugging on? If you have it on already try turning it off then back on
If none of that shit works try using a different usb slot or cable

-Modified This swype theme to work with the prevail
-Changed the camera border
-Themed the stock keyboard

All the mods are in the Add-ons download. Installation instructions are in the readme.txt
 
Installed Swype keyboard and I like it !!! Can't get the camera apk. to install . Copied and pasted to system/apps and it will not take . Any suggestions ?

I just checked it and everything should be fine.

What did it do when you copied it there? did you overwrite the old camera.apk?
 
The only thing I've found that needs fixing is the microphone . It can't be seen on the keyboard . It's there right beside ENTER but is not visible . Can this be fixed Blood ? If not , no biggie . As long as I know it's there and can be used is really all that matters . Thanks again ! I love the new look !!

Doesn't look perfect but you can see it now

Fixed a bug with the symbols keyboard not being themed too

Hey Biker thanks you and Blood for your hard work. I tried to update the Swype keyboard with your file, and every time it stopped my Swype from working. I downloaded Blood's file and every thing is fine now. Maybe me doing something wrong, but it be working now. Thanks again.

:D ALL the credit for these Mods goes to Bloodawn . I just happened to find a bug that HE fixed with a QUICKNESS . ;)


EDIT: When installing the Swype+VoiceIcon folder , you need to unzip it , open the folder and add the Lightgreen folder ONLY to your SD card . If you add the entire contents of the downloaded zip file to your SD card , it will not install .
 
When I try to put this theme on, I end up getting bricked. What would be a possible reason for this??? I have installed only shabbymod before attempting this.

Is it getting stuck at the boot animation?

If you unzipped it and followed the instructions correctly i don't know why there would be any problem. Nobody else has reported any issues and i flashed it 10ish times testing it when i was making it.

If your stuck on the boot animation you can try flashing the theme again and if that doesn't work you can flash This and that should fix the boot loop.
 
mine kept getting stuck at the animation to for some reason but i kept rebooting and running the script on it until it took. i think it was maybe 8 times before it worked rite..you just have to be patient with technology..
 
i was looking at it and it seems pretty good. but in order for me to get simple green do i need shabbymod.9 or as long as im rooted i can. cause i cant install shabby but is looking for a diff rom.

I'm not sure if it would work without a shabbymod. You could try installing one of the older shabbymods then doing it.

Simple Green 2.0 coming sometime this weekend btw
 
i really like this theme, but just one drawback, i'm a big fan of the "Sense Analog Clock" widget, and unfortunately it doesn't like your choice of font, and i can't think of any solution other than to drop your theme or drop the widget

the main clock numbers appear up and off center and slightly overlaps the date above it

super theme!

This should have the stock fonts if you want them, they're under Rom/Fonts

You can probably install them using one of the font changer apps on the market or by copying them into into simple greens font folder then flashing it again, Root explorer might work too.

Update looks awesome!!! especially the dialer... is there a way i can leave out the skype theme tho?

It doesn't flash with the main theme so you should be good.

The only thing that installs with the main theme is boot animation and fonts. Swype has to be installed with Metamorph and contacts, keyboard, camera have to be manually placed in system/app
