Root Three Step No PC Required Root,Recovery,Rom Guide [ZTE Awe Only]

@djmixer36 are you able to enable the wifi hotspot from your awe now?? That is really the only reason I even want to root my phone because right now when I enable the wifi hotspot it immediately disconnects it as soon as I get my tablet connected to my phone's hotspot...

Yeah I am, the reason it does that is cause Sprint/BM knows what you're doing and shuts you down (my original reason for rooting) and I'd retry the download

did you need a third party app like FoxFi or can you just go into settings and click the enable hotspot like normal? I am so excited...

Also I tried to download that link using my phone... should I be downloading it onto my computer first and then moving it onto my phone...?

any special way i should put it on my sd?

No just make sure its in external storage and not internal (my mistake), as far as an app I just used the built in one, and a steady connection is really important so use a PC for it cause the phone signal can and does drop on large files

Edit: I think that if the awe is set as a USB driver when you connect to PC it only shows internal, that's what messed me up, but as a media device both internal and external were there

yeah I had to do the use connect as media device option when my phone asked what to do with the USB

there is not enough room on my internal storage to put the unzip file in there. Currently I am temporarily moving stuff from internal to SD. Any other/better suggestions?

once it is on my sd card, what next? Is there an easy step by step guide to this because I feel like you have already answered these questions too much by now. Dont want to be a bother
