To update new rom builds Should i wipe all data first? Or just flash the new rom?
Will i lose my data like apps?

if you are updating cm 12 to cm 12 (but new version) then just install... maybe wipe cache and dalvik cache...

On D325 working all and both camera. D325f8 as i know have different camera, i can't fix it without device (i try it many times for ms323)

I tried to build it myself, but couldn't get it to work. Thank you very much!

EDIT:
Working on d320n.
You can even connect device to PC and explore files on memori(es).
You should make a separate thread for TWRP.

NO, just as usualy ;in cwm recovery, wipe data/factory reset than wipe cache partion ,in advance-wipe dalvik cache .Install rom ,install gaaps and that s all.If you want to update after to a new build date just flash the new rom ...

After flash cm12 , can I immediately flash gapps ( I mean before reboot system )
