thanks a ton but when I click on the picture with my incredible a black box appears and I cant see the image? what am i doing wrong, do I need to download something to view the image?

Found this on the Google search someone linked to... Too awesome! Zero credit for it but too awesome not to post. Hope it hasn't been already... Didn't see it.

Is there a trick to this one? I downloaded and transferred to my phone, but every time I try to set as background I get and error and a looping force close error that I have to pull the battery in order to fix.

I haven't done this myself, but this is from a previous post:

Hold down on the image then open in new window then hold down on image in the new window and save image.

EDIT: Just tried it and it works fine this way.
