Help Urgent! Need information!

That's why sometimes it doesn't bug me when people do commit fraud. Companies do it all the time. I can NOT believe they would do that to you! Metro will NOT let you do that. They don't just "Add" more to your account. If you put money on your account, And you use it all they cut you off. Everything is FULLY prepaid. There is no adding this or adding that. You're planning on switching right? I sure would. I'd had enough of the so called "Racking up charges" gimmick some of these companies just LOVE. You don't deserve to have to worry about all that! I mean you were gone ONE WEEKEND. How the heck did that exceed 15 dollars?!? Bullcrap. X.x

P.S I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier! My stupid data went out again, I know it's not my phone either. It's Metro. I lost it randomly when I was fully stock too (Not rooted). I have to reset up my wifi on my phone. I changed my password on the router and forgot it. *Sighs*

I wish I had never given them my credit card number! GRRRRR!!!!

I was paying an absurd amount of money for insurance on this crazy rubber Kyocera phone. I remember they said if It broke in 6 months, I could get the newer version for $50 dollars. So what did I do? I tried to break it. I COULD NOT. Literally. I threw it at stuff, It just bounced. EVEN off a fireplace where I had thrown it from almost a foot away! I wish I had still had that phone, I could use it as a stress reliever.

P.S Nope, It didn't break. I ended up donating it to a worthy cause! I bet it's still out there somewhere being used by a 5 year old as a toy. XD

ROFL!!!! Thanks! I needed that! hahahaha :D

I would call customer service and raise hell. Maybe you can get it lowered.

I would if I thought there was anyone there who cared. Fat chance!!! ;) I'm going to one of their corporate store here to raise hell. Watch for me on TV! :D :D :D

Problem is, They might do it again. What if next time she's out doing something and they over-charge her again? I think it's better that's she out doing her networking shopping! I'd leave Metro if I found a service that was comparable in price (and had ACTUAL 3G coverage) and unlimited quality. You've got to the the best bang for your buck so to speak. ^^.

Virgin Mobile is looking better all the time. :p

Jazz if you go on T.V I'm totally going to try to record it then youtube it. I think you'd end up the local celebrity for this forum...Oh wait..YOU ALREADY ARE! <3 <3 <3

I lost mine once while riding my bicycle. It fell out of my little basket on the front. LOL When I realized it I sent myself a message telling whoever found it how to contact me. Sure nuff they did and I got it back. But it was banged up. Fortunately my insurance replaced it. Insurance is a good thing...sometimes! :P

Oh...and I did give them a small reward. :)

Jazz I have insurance also. I have about 3 months with the phone, and I want to know if my phone gets damaged by water, will the insurance cover it completely or do I have to pay a certain reduced amount even with insurance? Im on Cricket. Also, can I use my insurance towards the purchase of another different phone? Thanks. This question is open to everyone, not just Jazz

Hi! Honestly I don't know the answer to this question. But my understanding is that this insurance (the $5 monthly one) covers the phone if it is lost or damaged which would include any kind of damage that was not 'self inflicted' (e.g.: rooting LOL). As for a deductible? I sure as heck hope not! And I doubt they will allow you to use your insurance towards the purchase of another phone unless they didn't have your phone in stock anymore.

But this is all sheer speculation on my part. I'm just going by my experience I had with another carrier, when I dropped my phone while riding my bike.

:)

I don't know about Cricket but with Metro's insurance there is an $80 deductible (at least that's what it was when I checked) so I didn't get it. Unless I'm going through a phone every 3 months ($5 x4months= $20 + $80= $100 the price of the phone). Insurance is usually a rip off unless you have a really expensive phone.

Check with Cricket AND read the fine print about the insurance!!!!!!

If it's true for Cricket as well we should probably make a thread about it to warn everyone.

Well...it does depend on what the electric device is, ya know! LOL Like you don't want to jump in with your hairdryer going. :D

Or something of that sort, That it depends on the voltage and how large the body of water. They did tests where they threw different electronics into different bodies of water with various sizes. Apparently the larger the body of water, The quicker the electric current will defuse. It's kinda weird I know. X.x Oh, Did you know that 99% of people cannot lick their elbow?...

I only tried my right one! X.x Okay. Can't do my left either. Ouch again. I just realized I can lick my chin though. ^^. OHH. I think you should post a pic too like Jazz said. I majorly wanna see that!

Psssssssssssst something tells me Anduiril is a masseuse! :p

No I'm not a masseuse. I do have some friends that are. I do give one helluva massage though. Within 5 seconds of massaging her shoulders Amanda (one of the professional masseuses) asked me where I went to school. She thought I was kidding when I said I've never been to school for it. And I've got a couple bartenders that trade out drinks for massages.

As for licking your elbows. There is a trick to it. You just have to think outside the box.:D

For the next couple days. I'm going to literally try to become an origami human and find a way outside of my box. Though I wonder if it counts if you get someone else to lick your elbow? I guess not. Oh man. I'm going to get some exercise out of this.

I once gave a massage to someone and they asked me if I went to school too. Honestly, I just think I'm one of those people who is very observant both in writing and physical demonstration. It's one of my lucky traits. Two of my non-lucky traits are my inability to cook or put on make-up properly. I dress very boring. I think if you threw glasses into my mix, I'd have the full on geek look going. LOL. *Snorts*
