That's why sometimes it doesn't bug me when people do commit fraud. Companies do it all the time. I can NOT believe they would do that to you! Metro will NOT let you do that. They don't just "Add" more to your account. If you put money on your account, And you use it all they cut you off. Everything is FULLY prepaid. There is no adding this or adding that. You're planning on switching right? I sure would. I'd had enough of the so called "Racking up charges" gimmick some of these companies just LOVE. You don't deserve to have to worry about all that! I mean you were gone ONE WEEKEND. How the heck did that exceed 15 dollars?!? Bullcrap. X.x
P.S I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier! My stupid data went out again, I know it's not my phone either. It's Metro. I lost it randomly when I was fully stock too (Not rooted). I have to reset up my wifi on my phone. I changed my password on the router and forgot it. *Sighs*
I wish I had never given them my credit card number! GRRRRR!!!!
I was paying an absurd amount of money for insurance on this crazy rubber Kyocera phone. I remember they said if It broke in 6 months, I could get the newer version for $50 dollars. So what did I do? I tried to break it. I COULD NOT. Literally. I threw it at stuff, It just bounced. EVEN off a fireplace where I had thrown it from almost a foot away! I wish I had still had that phone, I could use it as a stress reliever.
P.S Nope, It didn't break. I ended up donating it to a worthy cause! I bet it's still out there somewhere being used by a 5 year old as a toy. XD
ROFL!!!! Thanks! I needed that! hahahaha

I would call customer service and raise hell. Maybe you can get it lowered.
I would if I thought there was anyone there who cared. Fat chance!!!
I'm going to one of their corporate store here to raise hell. Watch for me on TV!

Problem is, They might do it again. What if next time she's out doing something and they over-charge her again? I think it's better that's she out doing her networking shopping! I'd leave Metro if I found a service that was comparable in price (and had ACTUAL 3G coverage) and unlimited quality. You've got to the the best bang for your buck so to speak. ^^.
Virgin Mobile is looking better all the time.
