Reporting back. Not sure if I can tell a difference on BAMF but its certainly not worse. Looking fine here.

You might have a app running. I'm using this and Liquid Jelly Bean and seeing good results.
So I installed this just before bed. Usually I lose around 8% overnight. Went to bed around 11:30 at 31%. Woke up the next morning at 7 and my phone was still at 31%!!! I couldn't believe it so I opened up the battery history, then it dipped to 30%. That's just unbelievable! A half hour later, after my morning routine, (and after tasker disabled night mode) it was 28%. So there you have it folks! Like I said... pretty unbelievable so I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this for the next several days.
Just fyi too... I have Tasker enable a "night mode" each night that includes: Auto sync - off, Wifi - off and Mobile Data - off. That obviously helps as well.
*update* 20 minutes later, after typing this, battery is at 23... I'll check back in with more updates.

Well it seems to be working as intended in the OP. It is designed to minimize battery loss WHILE IDLE![]()
True... I was aware of its assistance when idle. However, the two intervals I mentioned in which the battery drained further consisted of the phone sitting idle as well. I just simply turned on the screen each time to check the battery. By 8am the battery had dipped to 15%, again idle (When at 7am it was 30%). Losing 1% over night is great, but what worth is it if then the batter falls off a cliff immediately after?
It's still too soon to tell so I'm withholding judgment. I'll observe it's behavior for several days, just stating what I've experienced so far.

That's kinda what I thought until 30 seconds or so passed and I had opened my battery history. After that I knew that it was updated. I'll be curious to see what happens tonight.Sounds like your battery stats hadn't updated yet when you woke it.![]()
So, I am wondering what it shuts off because I would use this during the daytime when my phone isn't being used.p-bot,
Does this shut anything down...wifi, data...etc. when this kicks in? I know you posted an info link, but haven't had time to read through it and just wondered specifically if it shuts anything down/off.
I must be the only person in here that actually puts my phone on charger at nightSo, I am wondering what it shuts off because I would use this during the daytime when my phone isn't being used.
Also, does this need to be re-flashed each time you flash a new rom?

no this does not shut anything off. this mod revolves more around memory management to save battery and give a little performance boost![]()
and yes you would have to flash this every time you change roms. This is a system file and it is wiped just like all other system files when you flash a new rom![]()

So is it alright to flash this and then franco kernel? Or will this mod override whatever your current kernel is. When I flashed this it automatically replaced my franco kernel nightly on JB 4.1.1

So I'm guessing you flash the Battery Booster Remover if you don't like it?
I know, stupid question. Just want to make sure.![]()
I'm on JBSourcery with LK 4. x... what kind of battery performance should I expect if I flashed this mod?
Not overclocked...
