Verizon Pre-order, Release date, and speculation thread

I'll spare you catching up:D:

Group 1 - My phone shipped and will be here on 7/5 or 7/6

Group 2 - My phone shipped and will be here by 7/9
subgroup 2a - yeah my phone shipped!!
subgroup 2b - WTF why don't I have overnight shipping... VZW you suck.

Group 3 - I got an email saying my phone shipped but can't bring up any tracking info at FedEx:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Group 4 - Damn you VZW when is my phone going to ship:mad:
subgroup 4a - I know I preordered late and expect it to ship past 7/11; just sitting back and watching the hysteria.

Group 5 - I preordered at BB and all of you above should STHU because we have no idea when we will be able to get ours.

I think that about somes up yesterday and today:rolleyes:

Hey, thanks!! That saves me reading a ton of posts!! I just checked mine an it still says anticipated shipping on 7/11.
 
The article I posted that link for says that the 32GB model will be available online 7/10, but will only be in Verizon stores "in the coming weeks". Glad I didn't want the 32GB model.

If you pre-ordered one, they are sending them out. Myself and a few others ordered the 32gb. I know some have the info of them being shipped. I think mine will be shipped tomorrow, I'm one that has a tracking number but no shipment details yet from FedEx.

PO on 6.7 a white 32gb in san diego and my status says suppose to ship the 9th... so I'm in group 4 more or less. Ive seen others who PO same setup after me already have charged cards & shipping details :(

So, other than keeping our unlimited data (not a small thing), it sucks that many pre-order customers will get their phone after the store walk-ins? Wow, way to keep you customers happy, Verizon.

Well at least we are guaranteed to get one. These folks showing up at the store have to hope they have them in stock.
 
I received an email today, that said my phone has been shipped. Is it a one or two day ship? Also, do you usually need to sign for the phone or will they just leave it? I'm on vacation and won't be home for a few days.

True, but remember you can only walk in on the 10th & get the 16GB. 32GB who knows when?

I think someone around here said it's an indirect signature delivery where you have to have a signed notice on your door telling them to leave it.
 
I ordered late. ship by date is the 10th... i leave the 12th later in the night for a long weekend. I hope i get it before hand.. gonna be a long boring weekend this will give me something to do
