If this hasnt resolved itself by morning Im calling in to see if they can just let me grab one from the store as I dont feel like getting my phone over a f***ing week after the people that never preordered and just walked into a store to grab one. (dont understand verizon and their pre-order priorities, and feel even worse for those that ordered before me that might get this same treatment)

Yes it has some tricks that my Rezound doesn't do, but nothing that's going to make a major difference in the next few days.

Ouch! My expected ship date just disappeared completely. Not looking good.
 
My bank is missing the Verizon amount, but no display of the charge. When I check the Verizon order page, I now have a + there. I guess calling them started the ball rolling.

ya thats bulls$#t, i heard the white 32g are out of stock and people with those were getting pushed back (thats why i asked that), cause i been hoping i dont get pushed back too.....maybe the same thing is starting to happen with the blues??

damn, I got lucky then. It is kind of screwed up how verizon handled everything. I pre ordered fairly late (6/20) and I got the 32gb white. And my phone has already been sent out and I have the tracking info and says I will have it in my hand monday by 3pm.

same here, i ordered my 32g white 6/21 and just got my email and everything this morning... i was thinking i got lucky as hell too, but im not trusting anything until i actually get it in my hands.....my luck monday will come and ill get a email like "your new delivery date is 7/19" or something

I ordered the white 32 on the 27th (basically the last hour) got an email today saying it's coming Monday.. For what it's worth
 
My card just got charged and the order staus page changed but still shows the ship data 7/10. Gonna call em Monday to make sure I get over night shipping.

in my experience i got a shipping email the day after i got my CC charged being that is a weekend i dont know if that has any effect , i would suggest checking your pre order email and check the status on the verizon site it should have a + sign by now
 
Update from Sacramento on 32gb blue model. Just saw my credit card has been charged and I now have plus sign on order status page. That is, I did... now Verizon site seems to have taken a dump. :)
 
Grrrrrrrr Verizon just Delayed their in store release! was set for the 10th now it's the 12th.

So that obviously means no Best Buy release on the 10th!:mad::mad:

It's summer and I work for a school:D I feed my kid, check the thread, bowl for free (just got a new ball!), feed the kid, check the thread, swim/ride.......well, you get the idea. I fear the other threads are feeling a bit neglected.
 
finally an update to my order

preordered on the 24th. charged my cc today 7/8. and now the status page has the + sign. woot!

How in the world did HHgregg and all the other 3rd party affiliate's know it would launch on the 12th...yet Verizon didn't. :confused:

Thought Verizon always did launches on Thursday, so the 10th ( Tuesday ) sounded odd in the first place.
 
Why are some people getting overnight shipping and others are getting 2 day? I could have sworn when I was placing the order it said overnight but I got 2nd day and won't be getting it til Tuesday :| while other people who ordered a little over a week ago received overnight shipping ugh.

Seems premature for them to announce the 10th without some certainty of a small stockpile that would sustain a launch. I guess it makes more sense to have a preorder of "will ship by 7/11" so it coincides with the 12th release date.

Probably a lot of pissed folks that preordered just to find out they would have the device after its already launched. Way to go Verizon lol

16GB folks should for sure be pissed if they get their phone on or after launch day.
32GB folks not so much since you can't get it ( in store ) for what Verizon is calling " a couple of weeks. "
