Not sure who's still on 23. I'm not but I was on 23 yesterday. What do you mean the data toggle? I'm positive that the 4G toggle works, which are you referring to? I recommend submitting an issue report

Anyone else notice that when you get a text message while your screen is on the LED starts lighting up? (Build 25)

Word of advice I tried to restore building 23 and dirty flash 25 over Hahah I had my fingers crossed but noooooooo lol it didn't work lol

I'm on B23 and have never used that icon as I need data on 24/7, but just tried it and it works flawlessly for me on this build. Which B are you on?

I'm getting ready to flash this, but I have a few "new guy" question.
Could any one tell me if a "wipe/factory rest" from Clockwork Recovery will wipe me SD card, where my Nandroids are stored?
And...
Will a wipe/factory reset from CWM Recovery bring me back to the recovery screen?
And...
If I'm running 4.04 stock, do I have to go back to 4.02 before flashing Kang?

3. A full wipe will be all you need. After doing a factory reset, you're good to go
I'm on b23 too. I have batteryxl set to turn off my wifi and data when the screen is locked and on when its unlocked. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Damn that's what I was going to do. What about upgrading to 24 and then 25?

I flashed from 23 to 24 to 25 without ever wiping data. Only cache, dalvik, and format system.
