[Verizon] [ROM][4.0.4] AOKP ICS B40/M6/Mods (7/8)

I was just playing with the settings and I have no idea what I changed but the status bar disappears when I go to the home screen and I don't have access to the pull down menu either!

What the he'll did I change!?
 
Zaphod updated the Old Geezer Large Icon Status bar MOD for B26.
Its not only good for the worn eyes but also good for dash mounted reading at a glance.

It comes defaulted on? Is there a way to remove this or uncheck it?

Funny you bring up the Japanese keyboard. Mine somehow switched to the Japanese keyboard yesterday yesterday but it was only visible in portrait. Just had to select English in keyboard inputs. I'm a knucklehead. Took me about an hour looking at those Japanese symbols to figure out the keyboard default was jacked.

Mine would do it in Swype if I long pressed the back arrow to kill a text entry app. I went back and took the auto-lang out selecting eng and its all good.

It's all I've been running although I'm still on milestone. Before that I was flashing several of the builds tho and I tried Lean and Franco. I actually had the best luck with the provided kernel so I've stuck with it since.
 
Builds are like recent beta's. Milestones are a compilation of all the previous builds stable features, tested as being stable to run.

Or at least that's the idea, but I've heard many people say some nightlies/builds are more stable than some milestones
 
Yes. That is why I'm back to Builds. I want the easier flashes. But at any time he could revamp it and it require a FW.
