You have to boot ROM first, then go back in recovery and flash zebra to get voice (Google Now) to work properly (per Damien).
Dirty flash doesn't fix either. So I just installed the Searchbox apk from bboy or Trav624 (don't remember which), and all was well.
 
I am seeing problems also with 5.1 but I might try to reflash. It was a clean flash, but I am getting some power cycles, and some other things like quick toggles for data and lte not always working and wifi sometimes not working after toggled back on. The worst though is it doesn't seem to send mms at all unless I turn off wifi so it can pick up a full 3g signal. But I will try reflashing like I said. Just wondering if anyone else is having any problems with little things like that or knows what it could be.

OK so thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I can't get it installed though. I'm also having the Google search issue but not just voice search. It's force closing if I type something in and click search.

Google search issue see above post by jesssiii regarding this I have it too. For pandora read back some I had the same issue. You have to copy it to system/app. Change the privileges and reboot.

Blows that theory.... I usually reboot my phone every 2 or 3 days, but when it does it for me just roll with it I guess...

Thanks jesssiii, I may just re-install / clean install and install the zebra app the way they are saying. Want to do the dev's some justice and test it the way they are saying.

I dirty-flashed to 5.1.6, so I could do it.

Anyone, what is the default wallpaper that came with the newest. Because I dirty flashed, I kept my old one. Want to see which one is the new one people are talking about.
