I don't think I'm doing something right because my scores aren't coming out as high as yours. I can only get 11543. I flashed victorious earlier. I'm on the 0.2.2 jerryscript kernal version 0.1.5. Can someone please help me get the scores u guys are getting? U guys are awesome!

What are your CPU and gov settings?

Max and min both set at 1.836ghz and governor was ondemand

I don't know the kernel release versions, but are you on the latest? If so, the best I can come up with is your scores aren't accurate and your benchmark app didn't score it right. This happens when your phone is pushed to the max. I would've expected this from 2.1 GHz but every chip is different.

Idk how to tell if I'm on the latest version. And I'm using antutu benchmark. So what do you recommend I do?

You won't be able to flash the ota if you have custom recovery. I have a zip for the ota modded for custom recovery but it kills MMS. If u use that don't flash it. But just put zip on SD and flash and clear cache.

If u need MMS just flash the kernel in JerryScript's kernel post I link to earlier...don't flash my modded ota.

Do I need to clear dalvic cache as well? And will this still keep my victorious ROM?

Dalvik is inside cache so its auto cleared. And it'll work perfectly with Victorious.

One more quick question. Since this new ROM switched my internal and external memory around where would I place the zip At?

It shouldn't impact it all that much...idk why you're getting such a low score...
