(VZW) Nexus 4.0.X Update Discussion

Sweet! Just clicked "Check for Updates" for the Nteenth time and got it, 10:10 pm after last checking around 8:30p. Got a little green android with a blue hairball in his stomach as I type this. Stock setup, purchased about a month after launch.
 
just hit check status on my Nexus and a Update was ready it's about time hope you guys get your fix. (Way over due!) :D I purchased on December 15th everything stock.

Upadte:

Normally when I'm at work I bearly get 3g and maybe 1 bar

After update: I have 4G and 2 to 3 bars huge upgrade still early but that was my biggest concern; phone does seem to be processing faster as well can't really tell about spk phone. So far I am happy hope to see Bat. improvement
 
Nice, the Google Services Framework trick worked. Had to clear data twice but was prompted for an update right after the second data clear.

Im sure it doesn't like something that the unlocking/rooting process did. My guess is that the bootloader needs to be locked?
 
Hold to focus is finally back!

However, when you tap to focus and take photos, is the sound effect extremely loud now? Even with the volume turned to minimum. The ability to make it silent still works though.
 
Hot damn! Got the update this morning! Rocky Mount, NC. It was waiting for me when I woke up. :D Looks like Verizon when from a trickle to a flood overnight!

Even just working briefly in the UI to take the screenshots, I can already tell it's a little snappier. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that this fixes my one-way audio!

I was skeptical about the Google Services Framework trick. I tried about 8 times last night and nothing. Just tried in Ithaca, NY three times and I'm downloading it now!
 
My wife's phone updated this morning. Still waiting for mine. Purchased both on launch day.
Update: was just able to force mine with the service framework trick.

Me too... I tried about 20 times last night to no avail, got up this morning still no update, saw several trying the force trick and tried it this morning and after the third time I got it. Force trick does work..
