I'll be coming from the Incredible. It's such a good phone and the dev for it is 2nd to none it's going to be tough to leave it  I had the Bionic, but had to part with it

i have an X now and probably will upgrade to the Nexus but i have a question? how is the the GPS and the radio supposed to be on this phone? Samsung has had issues with these in the past:confused:

Well the sgs2 and nexus s have no gps issues so I am sure the new nexus will be similar. Not to mention google wouldn't want to put out a phone that can't use one of their core apps well( maps and nav)

I'm also upgrading from a feature phone, and a Samsung at that! My Alias 2 is pretty bad, and I think the GNex is going to be fantastic. I can see why people might be hesitant upgrading from another Android phone, but for a new user I can't think of a better place to jump in.

Droid 1
The lack of RAM is extremely frustrating. The screen rewrite-wait drives me nuts. Or perhaps it's just breaking down.
Still love the functionality
rooted it, but stock

Bionic. I had to pick one up, as the OG Droid was half dead (literally).

I plan to give away the Bionic and jump on the GNexus, as I like the idea of a Google phone finally showing its face on VZW, among other obvious good bits.

I'm upgrading from the T-Bolt as long as the battery life on the Nexus can get me through a day with out re-charging or swapping batteries ;-)

I'm planning on replacing my three year old LG Chocolate 3 with a Galaxy Nexus. I can hardly wait to get a smartphone. I was going to get a Galaxy S II but Verizon chose not to get it.

I guess you could say I am upgrading from a Thunderbolt, considering that's the phone I've been using for the past 8 months, but I recently sold it so I had to activate my sister's ancient OG Droid (it's pretty sluggish and beaten up) so that I have a phone until the SGN comes out.

I just looked at the poll... I don't know who is in more for of a pleasant surprise than the ones upgrading from the Eris or iPhone...

I went from a rooted iPhone 3GS to an Eris years ago and couldn't stand it. Glad I dealt with a useless keyboard and got the Droid. Android is so much better than iOS as long as you don't have Sense screwing it up!

I'm upgrading my DroidX to the Nexus and I can't wait!! My only reservation is the build quality of the Nexus.

I just dumped my iPhone 3GS for the Samsung Focus S (windows mobile is surprisingly good btw) and the Focus S feels like a plastic toy, so much that I'm thinking of returning it for the HTC Titan. I'm praying that the build quality on the Nexus will be much better.....

Been lurking for a couple of weeks - first post - just ordered with o2, little nervous after 3 years of iPhone, upgraded from iPhone 4. Cant wait for delivery now

Should I leave my Thunderbolt for the Nexus? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Will I lose my unlimited data?
