It was a great way that I was able to personalized my phone and with the laynard I was never afraid of it dropping. Something I fear when I take pictures on the phone. I mean why get rid of the camera button!!! -_-;;;

What do you miss from your ol' dumb phone!?!? Nothing is not an answer

Voice Quality (Generally speaking they seem to have better quality)
Durability (I dropped some of those phones a bunch of times and didn't have to worry about it)

When a Cellphone was just that. No internet or fancy games. You was in awww of the snake game and thought that was cool. It was just phone and Texting. I dont miss typing with the Number pad.

Hahaha, I think Snake was probably the best thing about old phones. Good times.

Also the crazy customizations you could do. Those crazy blinking laser shooting antennas were awesome.

Always wanted one of those blinking laser light antennas but never got around to it. then one day phones stopped having external antennas and I was SOL lol.

But those things were over price and broke easily lol. My sister used to work in an independent cellphone store when she was back in school. She used them for free and because they always broke every couple of weeks, she stopped using them lol

My Droid X has a lanyard slot. Na-na, boo-boo! But I don't want to put any kind of charm on it because I'd be worried about it scratching the screen. Guess I miss not having to worry too much about how the phone looked as long as it could make phonecalls.

I too miss a dedicated camera button. Sometimes I want to whip out my camera and take a quick picture.

Having to unlock the screen, then tapping the camera app, has taken a while to get used to.

Granted my Evo takes stellar pictures!

I missed the camera button part. My Droid X has one of those. Can't open the camera with it if the phone is locked, but I got Widget Locker and put a shortcut directly to the camera on my lockscreen, so I can get into the camera pretty quickly. Wow, the DX has a lot of things Roze misses, LOL! Camera button, lanyard loop, and probably other stuff too, who knows!

Yeah Roze you should jump on a DX, would solve a lot of your cravings.

I miss $50 dollar bills, battery life, and not giving two shits if my phone fell out of my pocket since it was a flip & therefore the screen wasn't in danger of scratching.

Oh & the biggest thing... my phone wasn't 90% of my daily entertainment. So when I didn't have it on me I didn't panic.

haha, damn! Why did Motorola take out the camera button on the Atrix!!! I understand why HTC doesn't since it 'cramps' their uni-form/minimalistic design.

I've actually been contemplation about putting a hole in my case for a lanyard.

Only issue, the DX is CDMA, lol...damn Verizon and its incompatibility to most countries in the world!!!
