Dear lord that's a lot of milk!
Haven't really drank any straight since high school but my brother in law is known to kill a ton of it. :)

Salad at work. Now tomatoe soup and wholegrain bread and for a dessert proteine rich strawberry quark, less fat and sugar. And of course, coffeeeeeee!

At least it's 2% :) I drank milk with every meal as a kid.. whole milk.. from the cow
My wife still laughs at me when I shake my milk up before pouring a glass. I likely average less than a glass like above a month now... and it's from the store. I do drink what they call.. whole milk however.

Tonight I'm fixing chicken fried steak. Some mashed potatoes and gravy will be in order.
Perhaps some whole kernel corn or some green beans for a veggie.

Whole milk :O It is like a cream :D I drink fatless milk daily few glass and it is also 'low lactose'. I cant drink normal milk - well, i can but my stomach wouldnt like it =)

Milk/Cream... ah yes indeed. Very good, especially with cereal in the mornings. Good tasting but not so good for you. It's a wonder I lived to tell the tale.

I get a quart of raw milk every week. I don't pay for it, just occasionally go down to the farm and milk for the farmer as payment.
I love milk, always have. Lately been drinking a lot more of it because I'm going through a strength training period of my life. I don't drink whole like I'm supposed to, nor do I drink a gallon a day like they say. I'm also not the 20-25 year old the program is written for.
Grew up drinking a gallon of skim milk a day (never drank juice or soda like all the other kids), and put 1/2&1/2 on my cereal. My mother was called "The Dairy Queen" and I was definitely a mama's boy.

My father refused to drink store bought milk. Even after moving to town he would buy his milk from the locals. Same thing with eggs. Neither taste right from the store.. but I've adjusted.

Don't think I've ever had raw milk as it's pretty hard to find. But, did have some raw goat's milk from a local farmer in Kansas who worked at the bakery occasionally. Took home some old bread to feed the goats too. :)

Reading through Omnivores Dilemma I loved hearing about Polyface Farm in VA (they supply to quite a few restaurants in the DC area). If I drank any milk it's one of those things I'd definitely get locally. :)

Oh, this is about dinner?
Not sure what I'm doing tonight. May be leftovers since the lady will be late from work.

We had steak, with fresh Ciabatta bread Hubby Dear baked, Dutch cheese (this one is a bit like Emmentaler but sweeter), and salami. Yum!

That looks yummy Kaat! Tonight I'm making some burritos out of some leftover pork roast.
Roast, onions, peppers, diced tomatoes and potatoes, chili seasoning, and cumin.
