Schnitzel, spinach with a boiled egg and boiled potatoe topped with a nice light gravy.
Mexican casserole. Layers of tortillas, ground beef fried with pinto beans, onions, and peppers, hot Rotel, and cheese. Pretty simple.. pretty darn good.
Salmon, baked potatoes, and some cooked veggies.
I cooked out some all beef polish sausages tonight. We cut them into hot dog bun lengths and tossed some hot mustard, diced onions, and relish on them. Mmmmmm
Dinner= lunch
I fixed some fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and whole kernel corn. One of my favorite meals. 
Spicy casserole with mutton and octopus.

That looks soooo good!!! although I suspect the soup isn't veg...looks beef based...but the salad cottage cheese mess looks right up my ally!!!!

Wow, nobody has had anything to eat worth sharing with the masses in almost a month. Shame on us. We deserve better than that. 
The weather has turned off unseasonably warm here so I just had to fire up the smoker. Tonight I'll be having smoked ribs, baked beans, and potato salad.

Pandan rice, green beans, porc besengeh and beef rendang (Indonesian) tonight.
In the single digits so it is a good day to put on a beef stew from scratch.
I think the wife and I are having:

We're more for the traditional rib sticking beef, potatoes, carrots, spices, and broth.
Let it cook enough that you can put it on a sandwich if you choose.

going out to for Mexican ...margarita's on ice..premium tequila.. extra salt.. chips, salsa (the hotter the better for me please)and table side guacamole to start!

I bought an arm roast that was on sale and diced it up. I brazed it with a bit of oil in a pot, added some water, and have it slow stewing on the stove. Later I'll put some frozen reames noodles, beef broth, a can of mushroom soup and a bunch of sliced mushrooms to the pot. Served with some hot dinner rolls, I'll be having my mother's beef tips and noodles tonight.
