Tonight was Mexican casserole. Layers of a mixture of hamburger seasoned with William's Chili Seasoning, Ro-Tel, onions, beans, and cream of chicken soup between tortillas and Velveeta cheese. Very very yummy.

Or Katsudon. I can't make up my mind. :D

UPDATE: Decided to go with chicken Katsu Don.

Looks like this in case you guys/gals have no idea.

Tonight was fresh from the garden night. We had some grilled chicken, fresh green beans with new potatoes, and a tomato and cottage cheese salad.

Yum!!!!

Minus the chicken:)

Got my 1st tomato today from the garden!! :)

Veggie on... My friend:)
Veggie. On. 😀

After working in the heat for 12 hours today, I was in no mood to cook. Mrs Ob worked all day so she was in the same camp. We ended up getting our grease fix for the next month by getting some fish from Long Johns. I love fish sooo much that at least once a year LJ's sounds good. It tasted good but man their stuff is greasy.

Pizza tonight. Local veggies: tomatoes, zucchini, squash, eggplant, jalapenos. :)
Sourdough crust I made at work, goat cheese, mozz, parm. Just olive oil and basil. Shall be nice (just not excited about turning the oven on ).

Edit: No finished product, ya'll just get a prep picture. :p

Yeah, it's done been gone eaten! :p
Do have a couple more doughs since it's a pain to mix such a small batch. These weren't the prettiest pies I've made but they were tasty. :)

Tonight I made Cajun red beans and rice. I dice up a good beef sausage and brown it. Then, out of ease of preparation, I toss in two or three packages of dried red beans and rice. Adding some Cajun seasoning and a bit of cheese... pretty good and very cheap and easy.
