We just ate ours and salt potatoes. Sooooo good. when I came home from work I smelt it cooking from the second I opened the door

Indeed. Only downside is that the wonderful smell lingers a little bit after eating it, to it tantalizes long afterwards.

They are potatoes that are cooked in heavily salted water for a while... Its a western NY thing

A can of black beans w/ a little salsa, cheese, japalenos, & crushed up tortilla chips added to flavor it up a bit.

Have you tried mixing a jar of salsa with a couple cans of re-fried beans? It makes an excellent dip

Husk. was. amazing!
We got basically everything on the menu. Cornbread was simply the best I've ever had. Desserts were phenomenal. Cocktails were super tasty. Everyone had a great time. Loved it.

Zap a couple of chunks of Velveeta cheese with that mix and you have hit the trifecta.

Turkey on whole wheat, lettuce, tomatos, onions, cucumbers, pepper jack cheese & banana peppers with little mayo & salt n pepper.

Oohhh, that sounds even better! I'm going to try that next time I get a craving for something spicy. I also add chopped jalapenos.
