lol no I'm not on the CM Team.
And CM skipped CM8 as it would have been Honeycomb. Google didnt drop HC source until after they dropped ICS source, so logical thing to do was skip it.

They "skipped" cm8/honeycomb because 3.x.x is for tablets only really and Google never released the code for it at the time... (not sure Google ever really released it/all

3.0 source was released after 4.0 was... so why make cm8 if its only for tablets, if cm9 would work on both?

Not as much as you think. I got a galaxy player for music, and I keep my phone on my and on vibrate nearly 24/7. If we got cm9(or is it cm10 now) on esteem i could avoided a phone upgrade until the later part of next year. I'm going to collage soon and I'm trying to build a gaming/videditing rig before collage steals all my cashflow and all my cashflow now gets drained into that project.well would need sound too dont ya think???Originally Posted by njking25
