You don't want to know.
Here, the only time the humidity grabs my attention is when it's "fire weather" low--as in single digits, combined with high temperatures. The rest of the time I just laugh at my fellow natives as they're complaining about how HUMID it is...![]()
The high (for here) humidity is not that uncommon this time of year. But we did not receive the big spring rains this year. I don't really know why we have higher than normal humidity. Then I have to say it is extremely odd not to have some wind. It's almost always windy.. after all, it is Kansas.
