What's the weather like where you are?

You don't want to know.

Here, the only time the humidity grabs my attention is when it's "fire weather" low--as in single digits, combined with high temperatures. The rest of the time I just laugh at my fellow natives as they're complaining about how HUMID it is...

The high (for here) humidity is not that uncommon this time of year. But we did not receive the big spring rains this year. I don't really know why we have higher than normal humidity. Then I have to say it is extremely odd not to have some wind. It's almost always windy.. after all, it is Kansas. :) My wind gauge shows ZERO wind and has most all week.

84° and 62% humidity at 9:41 PM

It was cool here there morning as well... not that cool however. It's been raining some each night this week which is keeping the temps down. It is also keeping the humidity nice and high... yuck!

Around 90°F but with 75% humidity it's frikken oppressive. Plenty of fuel for Isaias to dump a load of rain on us Tuesday.

As my mom loved to say--while we were bitching and moaning--'but it's a DRY heat!' Met with

But I do understand your pain, @olbriar. Humidity definitely makes heat worse. Hope you're staying cool enough! You're not mowing, are you?

Yes, I still have my lawn business. I'm basically retired so I only mow three or four a day. The humidity is always much worse when working over damp grass. And I know I've mentioned it a number of times this summer but I'll reiterate, Kansas has lost it's winds.
86.4° with 61% humidity at 8:05 PM as I post.
