Well, it is warming up here today, so it can dump a foot of snow. Them back to subzero weather to close the week.

We are going to miss the big snow dump (I hope!), only 1-3" predicted, phew. BUT...then the bitter cold and big wind moves in.

It is only January, but with the cold temps I'm already through 100#'s of rock salt plus whatever I had left from last year. I just bought another 150#. This stupid bitter cold you can't get a break to scrape the ice off.

@Unforgiven .... one of the products our company sells is ice melting products. We'd much rather have a cold winter with intermittent snow than one or two blizzard-like events. So far we've already surpassed last year's sales and it's only Jan 3rd.
