What's your favorite MLB team?

Over the last two years, his stats are as good as any relief pitcher in baseball.

Understandably so, but I still don't consider him to be one of the best. Two seasons is a small sample size. I'm not saying that he is not good. He would be an asset to any pen. That's why I don't understand why CJ Wilson got so much $. I really don't feel like he deserves that kind of loot.

Seriously. I'm sad to see Baby Jesus leave, but I can see why they traded him. I like the addition of Pineda and Kuroda though. Just have to fill that hole at DH now.

This isn't New York and he doesn't get it yet. The Boston media and fans are not going to take to him like they did with the Mets.

I don't think they have much of a choice currently. There aren't any elite coaching options out there right now to control the various personalities in that clubhouse. If there's anything that Valentine does bring to the organization, it's his fire and passion for the game.
