Unfortunately not. I don't feel like Cueto has that eye popping stuff that makes people want to watch the Reds play. Latos definitely does, but he's still young and has a lot to learn.

All great pitchers, don't get me wrong. But I'm talking about must see tv pitchers. Pedro in 98-99 and Verlander for stretches last year. I'm more likely to tune into a Sox game of Lester is pitching because it is usually a good game. I never missed one of Pedro's starts and would tune in to see Verlander pitch even though I otherwise could care less about the tigers. I'm just naming two, there are others, but the list isn't quite as long as yours.

Ohhh ok. I misunderstand what you meant previously then. My bad! Either way, I think at minimum that Halladay should be added to that list then (of the must watch TV games).

Yeah, doc would be in the list, Johan Santana a couple of years ago too.

You have to admit Cueto has been dealing lately. You never know how that turns out.....

Hell I'm all for Cueto getting a Cy Young this year :)

I bet, funny thing is that when I heard about that you immediately came to mind. Its not every day that you think, "i wonder how this random person on the internet is going to react to that" :D

But truly sucks... I have no love for the yanks but that is BRUTAL. Here's to him coming back next year to go out on his own terms....
