Just so there's no confusion, ALL members are expected to treat others with respect. Android Forums prides itself on being an inclusive community, so I strongly advise everyone to review the Forum Rules & Guidelines so as they are clear as to what is and is not acceptable. Any further posts that breach these will result in infractions... or worse.
Forgive me, but I find it absolutely amazing that such things still need to be said in a forum, let alone in the world out there.
The gender level playing field was introduced to us
decades ago, and here we are still fending off creepy, sexist junk from men (I say "men" advisedly, let's say "males," because that covers the mind of a foot stamping child residing in the brain of a full grown male).
In here, it's about devices, the love of using and figuring them out, not about who fits where, etc. Heck, the most informed person I've seen here happens to be a female.
Sorry, but when I saw Slug's great post there it reminded me of another fire that had to be put out in a discussion about gay rights in here a few months ago.
Jeese guys, relax, women can be smart, strong, cool, etc. Deal with it.
