Words with friends

I have a few FCs. Have not had a game end prematurely and that's been about 7 total games.
I do have the "ad problem" if that is what it is.
See the post about the ad problem. I get the same screen the OP posted. It is a major PIA!

Hope they sort the bugs out of this game soon.
 
Can you see how many letters your opponent has left at the end of the game? If not, the game is pretty flawed there.
 
Does anyone know what's causing that horrible full screen ad that only displays a URL? It's causing the game to be unplayable for me. If I'm able to get past that glitch, there's about a 80% change it'll crash and cause my phone to reboot on me.

I know it's an early release but these are some big bugs. I hope they're working quickly to at least get the game stable; I really want to switch over from WordFeud completely
 
My typical screen for WWF. What a pain in the ass this is. I'm assuming ad blocker and WWF do not play well together. Although I have deleted the ad blocker I guess the file changes/exceptions are still present.

they are getting slammed on the market comments, is this why the battery life is terrible when playing this game?
 
I have a fix for the screen I posted:

Install "AdFree". Open Ad Free. Let it go thru it's motions. Hit REVERT. Unistall Words with Friends. Reinstall it. All your current games will come back and that damned screen will now be gone!!

Ahhh....thank you. I also removed AdFree and couldn't figure out why it was still not working right!

But you aren't blocking ads on you phone at all now.
 
my games won't update....I have to uninstall and install it again just to play...don't have to do that with WF...I like WWF but it is a pain to play. =[
 
words with friends is making me angry. It FCs on me all the time, and sometimes i have to reinstall it to get it to work. It also will lock up my phone sometimes. WHy did they bring it to the market if its so buggy?
 
I have not installed any of the updates and mine is working petty well. will not update until I see positive comments in the market.
 
This game is terrible, I am so waiting for the port of WordFeud to iPhone so I can play with my not so bright iphone friends...

2) As I have already said, I have never updated and WWF works almost perfectly for me. If you haven't updated it...............DON'T! The only problems I have are these: One game finished some 25 days ago is still at the top and no option to remove it. I get notifications of my moves. Those are the only problems I have with it. Otherwise it works perfectly.
 
Why is everyone trying to play that game if it has so many problems. Wordsmith works perfectly for me and the group I play with. Does WWF even have 4 players mode?

I can't imagine how long it takes to play a 4-person game. Getting one person to finish a game is a struggle sometimes.

THIS makes sense to me. If i had any ifriends, i'd want to play with them too but a bugged up game doesn't sound fun to me. I'll stick with me ANDROID peeps... at least til Wordsmith goes multiplatform. ;-)
