Root ZV6 V.5 Stock Mod - Debloated - No Gapps

I haven't read every single post in this thread, so it's possible I may have missed it; but is anyone else not able to access their photo album from within the camera app? This issue exists for both of the ZV6 Xperia versions I've (clean) flashed so far. Also, if you take a picture while the Auto Review feature set to "ON," the camera goes wonky and won't focus or take another picture until you restart the camera app. The latter isn't a big deal; just thought I'd mention it. The lack of access to photo album from within the camera is kinda annoying, though. Is this a ROM issue or some quirk of my phone?

The inability to access the quick gallery function from the camera is pretty much due to a link the camera uses to call the lggallery and not the xperia gallery being used. if you got to have it then just pull the stock gallery over to system/priv-app and set permissions to rw-r-r and reboot. after you can remove the xperia album from 'root/cust folder...theres an apps folder in there with the xperia album and its photo editor. the issue has been there since the apps were ported some time ago.

love the rom but contacts crashes when i open it or the phone dialer

hmm. that shouldn't be occurring. try loading up recovery and wipe caches. sounds like bad data. if you dirty flashed that could be it also. flash after a full wipe if that was the case.

A few screens of the new stock mod. giving it its own distinct look versus the xperia mod. its coming along well. Was inspired by the lg g2 multi home theme galaxy s5.

New Qslide Apps themeing on the way for both roms. Still have the Xperia side left to do but stock is looking good. this pic shows the themeing. the background will be full black not the coloring shown here. Hope to have version 3 uploaded for both tomorrow morning.

A few screens of the almost finished Xperia side (99.9%...got to fix a few qslide icons not shown below..) All apps themed including qslide and quick settings, notifications stuff. Same for stock side which is finished...not showing its drop down...lol...it's a SECRET....lol nah...but it's nice. V4 will continue work in theme department moving on to the internals of the apps themselves like phone, etc.

Roms are up in OP. Anyone aware of a way to extract system.img contents via android device itself? I want to try and port over stock rom from the g2 mini but every rom I download over at xda is just zipped up bin and img files. Have not tried all their roms but those I have are that way. I pretty much need a dump of the stock roms system.img file. Both our device and the mini are pretty much identical outside some button mapping, the boot img and its gsm.

edit : still might tinker with the g2 mini stuff. but am a bit hesitant on it. as for using things from it. well can do on some of that. have gotten the lockscreen working at least using the settings from ours. it has opened up all the lockscreen settings. going to test it out after wiping data

nice work but you have a typo on the zip file name for the Xperia rom. It's ZV6 v3 instead of Zv3 v3 right?
