How Do I Enable Alarm Clock Sound?

The phone is a Samsung SM J260A. It's probably the cheapest Android phone Samsung sells in America, $62 USD. It's about three years old.

I've successfully used the alarm function within the last several months.

I can't think of any recent app installs.

I've done the power off and battery out to restart. Is there a more thorough reboot?

Help Bluetooth won't transmit my voice

If the your Galaxy A51 was fully functional before that roller coaster ride and you only started to have this Bluetooth - voice problem afterwards, that might indicate there's a hardware damage problem. All the things you've tried are software-based solutions, which won't necessarily be able to fix a hardware problem.
But I hope I'm wrong on this. You might want to try going through the arduous process of a Factory Reset to see if that makes a difference. (Yeah, that's another software-based solution but well, just in case.....)
If you do opt to do a Factory Reset, be sure to backup your data first. Try Samsung's Smart Switch utility to do a backup and restore.

I would uninatall all recent apps...... starting with the most recent app and work your way backwards.

The best way to uninstall is to first locate the app in app management. Then wipe cache and data, then you can uninstall it. Keep doing this until the icon goes away.

Help Can i 'undelete' my erroneous sd card?

Depends on what computer operating system you use. But for just recovering files from an SD card most recovery tools will do the job, so if I assume you are using Windows (as people who don't specify usually are) then try Recuva as that's free.

If you have something more serious, such as master boot record failure on the card, then you may need something more sophisticated. And there are some failures from which nothing can be recovered (especially if the card was encrypted, as will be the case if it was "formatted as internal storage" on Android).

I know nothing about phone apps for this: it's one of the many tasks I'd never use a phone for.

So according to Wikipedia you should have roaming agreements with ATT, T-Mobile and VZW. Your phone should support some of the bands used by those networks (e.g. band 2 and the 4/66 AWS pair), but I don't know what bands are deployed in what regions (simple things like FCC coverage maps don't go into such detail) so you might just be unlucky in where you are (or it may be that something else is wrong, perhaps with the way USC set something up. Can't really know).

I would always use a computer. Indeed I'm not sure there are any methods for a semi-modern phone that can be done without one. Magisk is probably the main tool for most phones these days, though I'm no longer following closely. It's complicated because this isn't a simple business, and because the instructions include options for different phones (so once you know which options apply to you it becomes simpler).

SDK Tools is how you will find Fastboot and ADB (Android Debug Bridge, used for USB debugging commands) if you use Windows - on other platforms these are available as standalone binaries (possibly for Windows too, but I don't use that. I have however seen instructions for obtaining these that tell you to install SDK tools for Windows).

Weird link: your graphic talks about backing up files, which is nothing to do with the content.

Anyway, I don't think anyone will be able to say much on the basis of what you've told us: that your internet is slow and that you are using BT. That's very little to go on. Does it affect all devices or just one? What do you mean by "quite slow" and how does it compare with whatever package you have? Have you used BT's tools to check your connection speed? This is now in the "My BT" app, and will tell you the speed to your hub as well as from the hub to the device. What sort of connection do you have (if it uses the copper wires you may suffer slowdowns when too many people are using them, fibre to the premises should be more reliable for that)? The more information you can give the more chance someone will be able to help.
