Hello, I'm doing a simple app that uses WiFi Aware and its publish/subscribe mechanisms. However, while I was trying to test it on Android Studio, I would always get the boolean false with this line of code:
boolean hasWiFiAware = getPackageManager().hasSystemFeature(PackageManager.FEATURE_WIFI_AWARE);

This would mean that the device (the emulator in my case) doesn't support the feature of WiFi Aware. I tried a lot of different APIs in the Emulator and couldn't seem to get it to work (return true and allow me to use the feature).

Did anyone already work with WiFi Aware? And specially developed an app in Android Studio? If so, have you used Android Studio Emulator to test the App or a physical device? Does it even exist the possibility to use such feature in the emulator?

Use case :
Pre-cond : Connect USB headset to Android 12 based device
1.) Initiate what's up audio call **Result **: 2way audio is fine
2.) Initiate/Receive audio call **Result **: 1way audio is present (Output : Audio via USB MIC , Input : NONE )
Log snippets (after disconnecting 1st whats up audio call) :

Oh that’s one of the top features I’m looking for! I’m currently looking at the Samsung galaxy watch4 - do you by any chance have any insight into how it is?

From experience when I've been in the UK, live bus timetable and schedule apps are specific to the company running the service where you are, e.g. If it's First Bus, then install and use the First Bus app, for TfL in London use the TfL app, etc.

Bascially it is like having admin privilages in windows ten. But it is a multistep program to work through, and you will watch time fly... yeah.

Does the DOS command "dir" show that the executable "payload-dumper-go.exe" exists in the current directory along with the payload.bin file?

Have you tried Google?

The call is made via phone, but the phone is paired with the radio via bluetooth.
So, I'm talking to the radio's microphone and I listen to the sound from the radio's speakers.

Is there any way to migrate native app which have Room database to Flutter App with own database without loss the existing data?
I have large number of user so i can't export the database and import into app directory.

some time last year I was able too sign out. Do you know if they got rid of that option on the app? What else do I lose if I remove the gmail account? thanks

Google Photos on my Google Pixel 7 only sync when my Pixel 7 in on WiFi. There maybe a setting to change that, but I have bothered to change it. WiFi sync is fine for me.

Why is applock so important to keep it running in the background?
Android itself runs perfectly fine without an app to tell it what to do.

1. carrier unlock and bootloader unlock are two different things. the "device is locked, Status 0" means that you have a locked bootloader. it will need to be unlocked first in order to root. so yes this is why kingoroot will not work.
2.a carrier will not unlock a bootloader for you. they may allow it, if they so choose. like moto can provide you with unlock codes to unlock the bootloader save for verizon's moto's
3. yes unlocking the bootloader will delete data. not sure if kingo Root will though.

If you're so worried just factory reset it.

I use a verizon branded wireless charger that I purchased in store. I'm sure I paid a premium for the charger but it works flawlessly and has for a number of years.

This is a nine year old thread so it's important to keep in mind that apps and how they're developed and supported has changed quite a bit since then, and Google's Play Store as evolved (or devolved to appease the Google haters out there) into a very different repository.
