I have used those things, and even the winged things you fold together, push through, (the wings expand then) and tighten the screw.

They will work, but they are temporary at best.
And very weak, as the drywall must first be damaged to use any of them.

They then expand and/or clamp into/behind the drywall that has been weakend with a hole.

Going into the studs is the only proper and reliable way.

Yes, after digging into the AOSP, I found a fix. I don't think there's anything related to this topic online so I will post here for anyone who has the same issue.

The cause is the "QuickContactActivity.java" does not set a default "isOverlayWithDecorCaptionEnabled" on creation. It should be set to false by calling "setOverlayWithDecorCaptionEnabled(false)" in onCreate, so that the decorcaption, i.e. the title bar on top of the window, pushes the content of down instead of overlaying on the content. After adding this one line, the problem was fixed for me.

I am working on a particular device in our company, but I imagine this could apply to all android 11 devices.

Very rarely are people asking about notifications on their own phone. What usually lies behind these questions (apologies to the OP if this is not their situation) is that their partner sends them a screenshot, they see a notification on it they don't recognise and, for whatever reason, they can't live without knowing what it is and aren't able to just ask.

If it's your own phone you just pull the notifications down and you can see what it is.

How Do I stop google uploading My Information?

He means when you add a contact you can either choose to sync with Google (or various other accounts such as Microsoft Exchange, Samsung Account, etc) or save it as a 'phone' only contact meaning it does not sync or backup the details. It'd be a local only contact and if you lost the phone or busted it, that data would be lost.

I've saved contacts as phone only since my Nokia 5185i days. It's just a habit I refuse to break, much like keeping my music on an SD Card, and avoiding anything mentioning the 'cloud' or 'subscription'

I love games resembling Moon or Jupiter Lander (from my old C-64). I tried your game and graphics are OK but controls seem to be too fast to move the ship. Also, gas is not enough sometimes for the first levels (with the moving barriers) making it really hard to win (specially with the super sensible controls). Good concept though. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

If you're wondering how to change the aspect ratio of your screen, this article will help you find the answer. Sometimes, a source device has an option to automatically adjust the image size. This can be a cable box, DVD & Blu Ray Player, or an older gaming system. Regardless of the source device, there are several ways to adjust the aspect ratio. To get started, first open the Display option in Proclaim's settings menu.

Aspect ratio, or the proportion between the height and width of a screen, describes the way an image appears on a computer screen. In other words, a higher aspect ratio means a wider screen. For example, if you have a 16:9 aspect ratio, you will be able to view an image with better quality. To change the aspect ratio of your screen, simply right-click the display's resolution and choose a preset aspect ratio.

You can also change the aspect ratio of YouTube videos. The aspect ratio settings on YouTube allow you to change the aspect ratio of a video to any of the following: 16:9, 9:16, 4:1, or 3:4. Changing the aspect ratio of your video player allows you to view the content in a way that looks better on your screen. Changing the aspect ratio will also fix any black bars that appear on the sides of your screen.

Some video sources are only available in 16:9 format. For example, HD cable movies have 16:9 aspect ratio. These sources will have bars on the top and bottom. To change the aspect ratio of a movie, right-click the video and choose the Details tab. You can then change the aspect ratio of the movie while preserving the original picture. However, this isn't as straightforward as it sounds. For best results, consider the video source you're using and choose the option you prefer.

Hi,

I have written at length, and often, after starting to come to terms with my new A8 tablet. I thank all who have kindly responded with advice and information; I am now over the initial teething troubles and enjoying the rather different features of thus tablet.
