Bluetooth Issue - First Song Displays on Car Interface, But Then Gets Stuck

When I connect my phone, a Motorola Z4 on Android 10 (fully updated), the first song I choose will show up on the Display (Song Title, Album, Artist). However, when the song ends, the audio for the next song will play correctly, but the display will stay stuck on the first song. So the music is no issue, but the display doesn't catch up to show the correct song details. As an additional note, this happens in any car - my own, my girlfriend's and a rental car we used recently.

I've tried troubleshooting. I've gone into developer settings and changed from AVRCP 1.4 (default) to 1.3. This was suggested on forums where people couldn't see any song data. I've unlearned my phone from the car, and forgotten my car from the phone.

Does anyone have any more ideas? It's driving me crazy.

Thanks.
Well I deleted and redownloaded Spotify, issue is persisting. SoundCloud works on the display. Guess I should post on a Spotify forum or hit up Spotify support. Thanks all

Android 12 stock official update is rolling out, BUK8

Only 10 days after beginning, Samsung has virtually completed the roll-out of Android 12, One UI 4, to over 100+ of their global branded and unbranded Exynos devices for Europe, Asia, Africa and the Nordic and Baltic regions.

It is now the turn of South America to receive Android 12 beginning with its release to the Chilean non-carrier branded devices on CSC code, CHO.

No news I'm afraid on when Australia and New Zealand will be updated yet but it shouldn't be too long.

Help!! Lg optimus zone (verizon prepaid) stuck in boot loop

Idk what you're up to now Erik but your super cryptic message was a lifesaver. I extracted the .TOT and the .dll from the .wdb using some other software as RevSkills has been nuked from the internet for about 10 years now but the file was able to be extracted using new command line tool anyway. To anyone reading this in the future, the only software that you'll need for this process is the offline LG Flasher and Verizon unified drivers, which I've included in the linked zip that I've compiled based off of Erik's description. I'm not sure if linking these files violates some copyright law, but it'll save someone from a world of confusion.

Download for all the relevant files (.dll, .TOT, installers, etc.): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CZOzjHW4uwNdx9tE7E_gzX4sS6yvRDz4/view?usp=sharing

Also this is the tutorial for the LG Flash tool which he's referencing, it's very short and straightforward:

Can't save camera photos to sd card

Hi,
I've got the same issue.
And yes I did formatted as internal.
And yes my Google photos storage setting is greyed out.
So what you stayed above says that Google photos is using the SD card to store photos if it's formatted as internal...
If that's true then when I look at what is on the SD card there are no photos or videos that Google photos has stored there.
Did you mean to say that if the SD card is formatted as internal that Google photos is already using the internal memory for storage of photos and videos?
If that's the case then can you please provide any other method or procedure for changing the SD card to portable which I assume will allow storage selection to be changed SD card while using Google photos?
Thanks

Galaxy S10 Needs Factory Reset - Can't See Screen

Thanks for all the input. While at the store, the rep saw what my screen was and wasn't doing and still put in for some trade-in value.
Spoke with Tech support today, and got more from the forum here.
I'm going to stop by the VZ store tomorrow to see if they can reset it. I don't think the trade-in was that much, I may just keep the phone and see what it will cost to get the screen fixed, or if I can fix it.
Yesterday was pretty funny, the screen on the old phone was flickering on and off, back and forth, but I was still able to use a cable and Samsung Smart Switch (or whatever they call it) to transfer everything to the new phone.....it wasn't pretty (and not for the faint hearted) but it worked out.
Thanks for your input everyone.

Some expert can explain this?

That's possible, try running this command in a terminal -
compgen -c

it should list all commands available to you. If that gives a 'command not found' or similar error, you should install busybox (It does not need root).

Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes compgen gives compgen not found. I looked for Busybox, there are many, I installed this because it said in the play store no root
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.busybox.installer&hl=en
But when I started busy box it said Not rooted and must be to work properly.
I switched off the tablet and started it again, but when I opened the terminal compgen gave the same message. I have uninstalled this tool
Tried also
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=burrows.apps.busybox&hl=en
and
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=busybox.lite&hl=en
They do not work...
Please advise and thanks again

Trying to run a program on a tablet not rooted, possible?

Hi all,
sorry if my question is stupid, but I am not expert. I want to run a program written by me named 4 (for some heavy math computations, no input, just output to a file, the only thing I need is CPU) but when I run Termux on a Huawei MediaPad M5 I get always permission denied. I managed to find the file blindly in /storage/emulated/0/4.

On two phones without being root I copied it in the home dir of the terminal app and made chmod and run it. Very easy

But here even cp is refused because permission denied. Is there any way to do this also here without being root?

Thanks in advance
